Question on collapsible stocks in MA

Hello from down south. Have a member here interested in a RRA stock I have for sale. His state shows to be MA. I checked the sticky in here, there is no reason I can't sell to him, is there?

This is my thinking. I have looked online and can find nothing that would keep me from sending it. Am I correct, you can have one but it must be pinned to be used?
Can't find anything here in reference to just sending a part.

There are many legal ways to use one in Mass.
Pinned if used on a post-ban detachable mag semi.
As is if used on an mg, preban detachable mag semi or firearm other than detachable mag semi

I pm'ed the OP. I am replacing the A2 stock on a preban AR. I'm well versed on MA laws I just wish I didn't have to be :( (damn you guys in vt, tx, az, mt, etc...)
