I would recommend Barry Birdwhistell in Elizabethtown at
Birdwhistell Law, PSC. I believe that's local to you. He is a family friend and I have used his services before. He's been around a long time and know all the local judges and is by far one of the most knowledgeable and most practiced in this area locally if not the most.
