Where do you buy your desiccant packs/containers for putting in your ammo cans and safes? I was hoping to find somewhere local that isn't ridiculously priced but I haven't had much luck so I may have to purchase online.

I buy the flower drying stuff (silica) from Michaels or a craft store online, coffee filters and twistie ties. Fraction of the cost of a dessicant pack.

Silica cat litter crystals from walmart and pantyhose from the dollar store. cut the pantyhose to the size you want, fill tie both ends and you can make tons of them for dirt cheap.

Yep. When it starts turning slightly pink, you can spread a bunch on a pan and dry in the oven at low heat. I think there are directions on the back of the flower drying kit.

I always do around 250 for a few hours to dry it out. Works great

Just picked up 5lbs at Michaels for $10 with a coupon. Nice.
