Flash Hiders and Bayonet Lugs

Hello Maryland Firearm Enthusiasts !
I have a question about Maryland firearm laws. Is it legal to ship an AR-15 upper with flash hider and bayonet lug to a person in Maryland? It would only be the upper with bolt carrier group and charging handle. I searched a few websites and did not find the information I wanted and thought someone on this board would know right off the top of their head.

Thanks ! I would not want any headaches from Maryland LEO or to cause headaches for the buyer.
