No it was not, it was mid 40s out of 50.
Alaska also placed poorly

Had some crazy criterion as well.
Lack of same sex marraige recognition and relatively stringent drug laws resulted in poor showings, as well as regulation, tax burden,etc

I am reporting you as a straw lock purchaser. THINK OF THE CHILDREN .

Seriously, does anyone actually use these things? A lot of people with toddler and kids do the responsible thing, but never with one of those odd MD compliance contraptions. On a historical note, these MD compliant devices were what was a compromise with gun grabbers until they could come out with a working "smart gun". Thanks Paris Glendening
