I see that the SP89 and any copy of that firearm is prohibited for purchase since 1994.
But what about an Mp5 pistol ? Like a Dakota Tactical or other manufacture like the Vector V93K pistol?
Legal to buy in Republic of Md ?

Well, then have the SOT put a stock on it and transfer it to you as an SBR.
I dont think any of the dealers I have found that carry them are SOT dealers. Guess I would have to have the dealer send it to a local SOT dealer, pay SOT dealer to make it an SBR, then do the Form 4 ................... pain in the a$$ but will be worth it.
I do know that Midcounty and Engage can do it for you. I don't know where you are located, but it may be worth the drive.
