Serial number: as I understand it, none are required. I was thinking about something unique/funny.

EAT-ME
NO-SERIAL-NUMBER <if called in, could devolve into a "who's on first" parody>
CEREAL-NUMBER

Any other "interesting" serail numbers you sick minds have to contribute?

There was an article about a year ago regarding somebody who thought it'd be funny to get "NOTAG" as a vanity plate on his car.

He wound up receiving a bunch of parking citations from untagged vehicles, where the cop wrote, you guessed it, NO TAG.

I'd hate to try to SBR something I'd put "NSN" on, lol.

One of our customers had us custom-engrave one that started with S and ended with PP. If you've been on ARFCOM a while you'll know what was in the middle.

I kind of like the notion of a sterile gun but if I had to put something on it, it would be "Blow Me" or something equally juvenile.

I used "Genesis" as my first one was my genesis to an arms maker. My second was called "Seconds Out" and my third was "and Then There Were Three"

They're also three albums by my favorite Prog Rock group.

I think you need a lower named "Aquatarkus" and another called "Soon Over Babaluma".

There's something so wicked about having a rifle without a serial number ... something our great grandfathers thought nothing about.

The way the nation is going our great grand childern will be remembering in 3D 4K blogs about how we had 30-round magazines and could shoot lead bullets.
