I've already got mine. I'm wondering what the benefit will be if H.R. 822 passes the Senate and is signed into law.
I thought the Utah CCW allowed FFLs to bypass the NICS phone call, but every time I've showed mine to the (Indiana) FFL since getting it, they've said they still need to call. Is this a case of them being ignorant due to Indiana LTCs not being capable of that, or is it something else?

Let me see; pass a Democrat-controlled Senate and then get a Democrat President to sign it. What will the benefit be ? Hmmm...
