Kirkham Upholstery a call. Good local company that does quality work. Not sure on prices on seat heaters, but it is worth a shot.
I bought some a few years ago on sale at Shopko.... you strap them on top of the seat and plug them into the lighter. They work alright. Not quite as good as factory, but they were only $15...

I'm looking for the ones installed in the seats.
I don't know where you are, but when i worked at the dealer, we would send cars to auto trim design in riverdale. not sure of the pricing.
My heated seats cost $30000, but they came with a truck.
You might consider checking a wrecking yard. If you can find a vehicle like yours with the seats you want, you may be able to salvage them and install.
