Best price for NIB Barrett 82a1? Hmmmm?

Just checking around for the best price on a NIB Barrett 82a1.Mainly looking for just the standard setup(gun, one mag,etc.). I'd love to find one local to mid. TN if at all possible to save on shipping....but, who knows? You guys come across any "good" deals on them? Thanks for any and all help

The Outpost Armory is the only place I've seen one for sale. Their tag prices are high but you might be able to talk them down a little. If they don't have one in stock I'm sure they can drive a couple of miles and get one directly from the source.

Specialty Arms sells them from time to time. I'm sure John Arnold will be happy to sign one were you to buy it from him.

I got him to sign a Barrett hat for me at Knob creek 1-1/2 or so years ago

I haven't been to Specialty in a while but, if i remember correctly, they were on the "high" side. I can't imagine what they would want for an 82

I think Franklin Gun Shop had one the last time I was in there...but not 100% certain. Call them to find out.

Guns and Ammo in Memphis keeps a couple in stock. Seems like I seen one for $13k with the scope they make also.

Well I knew it was close by, didn't know where exactly. I never noticed the Barrett factory when I went to Outpost.

hahahaaaa! yeah, the Factory has ZERO labels or signs signifying what it is, so that's understandable. Resq2106 and i did a tour last monday. unfortunately, ronnie wasnt there, but we got to see a TON of cool stuff. here's the link to the GD thread w/ vid;

edit: the Outpost is actually owned by Barrett's...it started as a gas station and at some point started selling guns, as well as fuel and burgers! ronnie bought the place i'd assume about the same time he built the factory and his kids run it now. they've since stopped selling fuel and such, but they got ALL of the Barrett stuff as it's basicly their storefront for the factory so they don't have to worry about infiltrators to the "plant".
picked me up a Rec7 5.56 stripped upper for my spikes build, as well as some Barrett swag.
