Need some Fox Labs 5.3

My wife had an attempted robbery at the Walmart on the South side last weekend. It was a drunk Native male who attempted to enter the vehicle, and was telling her to give him money as my wife was loading up the groceries with our 18 month old. She was able to jump in the drivers seat and get out of the situation and stopped after to get my daughter completely and properly buckled in. She was obviously shaken by the event and relayed the information to APD.
I called Fox Labs first thing Monday morning and purchased two 4oz cans of 5.3 with 10 neutralizing wipes. Fox called me today saying that they can't ship to AK because the OC spray is considered Hazmat. The quote to send the two cans and wipes was over $100. Just for the shipping! So, that begs the question; who in town carries Fox Labs sprays? I just had my Wisdom teeth removed, and both my daughter and wife are sick (vomiting...etc) so I don't have time to visit every security store in Anchorage looking for it.
Suggestions?

Northern Security sells Def-Tech and Saber. No Fox. Might have to order from Amazon and hope the shipper is ignorant of the laws.
I'm going to pick the wife up some Def-Tech tomorrow until I can score some Fox spray.

I bought some online and the dude shipped it to me in a usps box and in a ziplock bag. I was ummm shocked to say the least...

It's showing USPS on the Amazon site. Not sure how accurate that is, but, I'll let you know when it arrives.

The shipper was BIGFLYSPORTS on Amazon. It Shipped USPS on the 2nd of April and arrived today; fast!

I ordered from Amazon a couple months ago for some Fox 5.3 pepper spray and the vendor sent it to me without any issues.

Wow that's some nasty stuff. I YouTubed some videos, Im gonna order some for my wife. We shop at that Dimond Walmart so she's a little worried after I told her what happened.
