Building for a buddy in NJ. Whats not OK in NJ?

I'm going to build an AR for a buddy of mine up there, my question is what are all the regulations in NJ?

Heres what I think I know.......
No flash suppressor, but if its a welded muzzle brake, that is ok?
No collapsible stock, so either an A2, fixed, or a pinned stock?
No bayonet lug?
10 round mag only? Ive read 10 and 15, would rather stay on the side of caution.
NJs regs state no pistol grips but I cant decipher the legal jargon on whether or not that only applies to shotguns.
Anything I'm missing?
How difficult will the transfer be?

Any help, local, first hand knowledge would be appreciated.

No collapsible stock, so either an A2, fixed, or a pinned stock? Correct
No bayonet lug? Correct

Anything I'm missing? That's about it, barrel length must be 16" (14.5 with pinned and welded brake is fine) Overall length must be over 26".
How difficult will the transfer be? Easy. Ship it to a NJ FFL and they will handle the transfer. You cannot do interstate face to face sale.
