I have 2 screws in My lower barrel band into My front handgurad stop the wobble i let a friend have it to see if He could fix it and he puts SCREWS IN MY lower barrel band into my front handgurad

is it against the rules

Glued and screwed is fine for NRA Highpower and CMP Unlimited. It is illegal for CMP JCG and NRA As-issued.

My understanding is that the front hanguard should be loose. Basically, you don't want any wood touching the barrel anywhere. Screws are a no-no for "as-issued" matches.
