Correction Factor and Min velocity

As I further define things in my ballistic tables I need to clarify two things. One is correction factor for a firearm, where would I look to determine that? Another is min velocity for ammunition perimeters (I assume it is zero but honestly don't know for certain). Thank you to those helping me with this.
