And let the corporate folks know that it's most attractive at a sub $600 price point. After all, it was essentially designed as an easier/cheaper-to-produce AR-15 variant with a gas piston. High quality DI AR-15 clones can be had for the same or little more. Don't be niche. Overtake the market. __________________________________________________________________ Cross-platform gun database/electronic bound book (v1.3.2) (and the original thread). Why?
Too expensive to buy. Too expensive to shoot. Too far to travel (time) to get to shoot,...adding to cost ($). In all my years of long range shooting, I've had a desire to buy a 338 LM or any other "long range" caliber. Yes, I have a 800 - 1300 yard range available to me. |

SASS AR30A1 in .338 LM is few bucks more than the AR50A1. I am not sure why it costs similar to the 50 bmg. But those prices listed on Armalite's website are MSRP. Normally when i searched for the AR50 it can be found as far as 600 less than the MSRP. I know I am buying the AR30A1 Target in .338 LM hopefully this spring or summer! |
