THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT April 25-27 commercial appreciation days at Lowe's DeWALT Deal: Trade in your cordless Ridgid, Makita, Milwaukee, Craftsman or Panasonic tools (including battery) at any Lowe’s store April 25-27 to get $50 off any 20V or 18V DeWALT cordless drill/driver, impact or combo kit.
Check your store, I thought I saw some fine print that whatever you were buying had to be over $150. |

I'll be hitting all the tag sales to pick up any old craftsman drills, and then selling the DeWalts on eBay.
I'm never letting go of my Makitas!
But seriously, I know a couple buddies that could afford to trade up their old Craftsmans. (wifey Xmas presents Thanks for the heads up OP. ![]() |

I'm thinking about gutting the battery packs and making up a set of leads that will let it run off of a deep cycle battery. |

Ive got a bin of bad drills and batteries from when my buddy's boat went down in the ocean (83ft dive boat that sunk in port cause the idiots redoing the rear deck forgot to cut the drain hole and it rained) whats the best bang for buck to come out ahead in the deal if I wanted to keep or resell

I read up a bit on it today, JFYI.
You will receive 1 coupon/voucher per set you turn it. (MUST BE drill, battery and charger). Only one coupon is valid per purchase. You can not turn in 3 dead drills and get a free DeWalt, for any of you wishful thinkers out there. (Such as myself) hahaha |

Trade in your lifetime warranty Ridgid with lifetime batteries for a Dewalt that doesn't have this warranty?
Yeah, that is a winner. ![]() |

Yeah, that is a winner. ![]() Just got a new Dewalt on our jobsite and the chuck does not hold. I would stick with the Ridged, each year Dewalt is getting cheaper Go with the Bosch 2 free batteries with an 18v power tool purchase if anyone is considering a new tool. |
