Have any of you guys looked at these 80 percent lowers ? So they have to be finished but dont require an ffl or anyhting. The place I found also has the jig plates to finish it and make it functional. I am just wondering if this is an alternative to getting a finished receiver.

I am totally new to this so I am just wondering if any of you guys have any experience with something like that.

Thanks for any input . I am just looking ahead in case I cant get the lowers I ordered from http://www.jdmachinetech.com when I ordered it did not say out of stock but I cant get anyone to pick up the phone over there or answer an email. Just hoping they may have shut it down for the holiday and thats the reason but if not I am looking at plan B !

Out of curiosity, where did you find an in stock 80% and jig?
And to answer your question, yes it is an option.
