I cannot speak for the other holsters that people have suggested here but I got the Comp-tac Minotaur MTAC Holster and it's been hands down the best IWB holster I've ever worn. Conceals my 19 and 17 very well and is very comfortable, doesn't move around and conceals very well while keeping the pistol accessable.
Wish I had gotten one years ago!! |

I keep a Remora on hand, it doesn't fit all of my needs, but it does quick and easy better than any other.

Ahh, these are not pocket carry holsters, they are IWB - just no loops, no fasteners http://averagejoeshandgunreviews.blogspot.com/2010/07/remora-holsters.html |

I can't imagine carrying a gun around in an IWB holster that has no fastening points other than a tacky surface. It doesn't fall/move around/slip down? |

Stays put pretty well on a normal day, you'd be surprised, and for the price you could afford to try.
Like I originally said, it's not a do all holster, but it does what it does very well. I dare you to try one |

+1 on the remora, It isn't good for all situations.. those I use my MTAC but a size 10 remora is pretty damn amazing.. I can carry in my sweat pants just as long as I don't start jumping around too much

I just picked up a Galco V-hawk. It's sort of a copy of the Milt Sparks VM2. I've been wearing it all day, and I love it. Only reason I got it over the VM2 was the wait time. Not a huge cost difference.
