Yes. About 35 of my EGerman Bakelite 5.45 mags and about 120 of my mixed Eastern-European 5.45 mags have Arsenal US made floorplates... which are the type sold by K-VAR. I bought some of mine from K-VAR and others from the EE, etc. One US marked Arsenal AK floorplate is pretty much the same as any other US marked Arsenal AK floorplate. It doesn't matter which retailer sells them, but right now K-VAR has them in stock.

The US floorplates that Bluegrasshopper used to sell (they had pierced US markings) were very tight and the side clips had to be opened up to fit on poly mags. They did go on some metal-bodied mags a little easier, but were tight there too. I got about 50 of those and they mainly ended up on 7.62 metal bodied mags.

Bluegrasshopper's 5.45 followers are fine. I've got them in orange, black, and the original white. They fit well and work without binding.

I've got AKs that need US made mag parts to comply with 922r. It makes sense to have a lot of mags so I don't have to worry about which mag has to go in which rifle.

These followers are GTG! I ordered a bunch of these in orange and put them in some Russian, Bulgarian, East German bakelites, and Polish mags and they all fit and work perfectly. I really like the orange because when you check to see if the weapon is cleared it's really easy to see that the mag is empty. Thanks for the great product Bluegrasshopper!

I know this is off topic, sorry, but I gotta ask anyway...

The US floor plates you mentioned, did they work on 7.62 steel milsurp mags?

If so, is there any possibility of making or getting more? For the same reason kar98k mentioned I need them for all of my AK steel mags. I'd need at least 20-30 at the moment.

Thanks
