THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT For those of you who have never been there, it's 20 acres just NE of Omak in Okanogan County. Power to the edge but not on the property and no running water at this time. It's fenced on 3 sides. Some good shooting spots, and a little cabin with a woodstove. Also included is an outhouse, with a toilet seat! The few neighbors there are very friendly. Gravel county road to my gate ensures year round access. Not real fancy but the perfect place to get away for a long weekend. I plan on listing it at $59k but will listen to any offers or partial trades, especially if it includes a fuel efficiant car of some type (commuter car). Any questions just ask.
