Many manufactures will not let you list below a certain price. I am guessing that this is the case here. I know that Trijicon is one of those companies. It is called Minimum Advertised Pricing, or MAP

I was curious also. So I ordered three. They arrived this past weekend and they are just the CAR stock––no buffer, spring or tube. It is kind of misleading since it says 4 position, one would think the buffer tube came with it.
